AMAD conducts Orientation on FFEDIS, E-Bangsamo System cum Organizational Management Training

KORONADAL CITY- To stabilize the means of delivering Moral Governance in the Bangsamoro Region, more than 30 participants have completed Orientation on Bangsamoro Farmers and Fisherfolk Enterprise Development Information System (FFEDIS) and E-Bangsamo System cum Organizational Management Skills Training held at Eighty-Eight Hotel.

On May 23-25, 2022, the Agribusiness Marketing Assistance Division (AMAD) of the Ministry of Agriculture Fisheries and Agrarian Reform led the activity.

“We push this activity to capacitate more ourselves in doing our mandates towards more effective workers in delivering services to the beneficiaries,” said Dr. Tong D. Pinguiaman, AMAD Chief.

“I believe the information that we will gain thru this training will help us to be updated and acquire a strategic way of performing our work. All of us here have an important place in the ministry,” Dr. Pinguiaman emphasizes.

He encourages participation and collaboration from other services to strengthen the delivery of services to farmers and fisherfolks.

“We should give importance to the marketing side of our farmers and fisherfolks” “We all know that marketing plays a vital role in our farmers and fishers,” said Director II for Agriculture Services Engr. Ismail A. Guiamel

Director Guiamel urges to strengthen how to market the products of every farmer and fisherfolk to acknowledge their effort being the producers and backbone of the economy.

He also said to achieve further objectives towards helping farmers and fisherfolks uplift their living conditions, and they must consider the three things include Collaboration, Cooperation, and Convergence.

“These things will help us realize to do our respective task most effectively,” he added.

The said activity concludes with the discussion of essential topics such as 2022 AMAD Approved Programs, Activities and Projects, AMAD Duties and Responsibilities, Organizational Management; Types and Functions, Management vs. Leadership, Farmers and Fisherfolk Enterprise Development Information System (FFEDIS), Reporting Accomplishment to the Regional Office, E-Bangsamo System, and MAFARLENDS Status of Repayments, and issues and concern.
