MAFAR-BARMM HOSTS TRAINING ON EROS

Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Agrarian Reform – BARMM’s Agrarian Reform, hosted the training on “Enhanced Recalibrated Operational Tool System (EROS) Cum Segregation of the LAD Balances into Workable, Transformable and Problematic in Compliance to DAR Administrative Order 01, Series of 202 last March 22-26, 2021 in General Santos City.

The training – workshop would equip the participants with the technology that is geared towards the fast track of documentation of the claim folders and establish the monitoring tool for top management that monitors the status of land holdings and deliver the target pertaining to acquisition and distribution to the Agrarian Reform beneficiaries.

Ms. Leah S. Ortega, OIC-CARPO Region XII, and technical staff from DAR headed the training team under the Office of Regional Director Marion Y. Abella of DAR Region XII Office.

At least 60 participants from BARMM’s Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Agrarian Reform attended the training. They were composed of regional and provincial directors, Dir. Taugan S. Kikay, Consultant for Agrarian Reform Hji. Sukarno M. Andal, Dir. Rojamin M. Maulana, Engr. Alfie U. Iribani, Dir. Aidarus I. Nami, Dir. Hanie A. Junuban, MPA, CARPO’s Jarratul S. Radjid, Nur-Amin Caludtiag, Rocaina Mindalano, Said Tingkahan, Al-Jibriel Ladjahasan, Jimson Jalilul, OpTool Operators, Technical Staffs for LTI, CARPO LADD, LADD Technical Staff, point persons who are responsible for the tracking and monitoring of ongoing and completed documents in MAFAR.

During the activity, the participants proudly presented their outputs on the Enhanced Recalibrated Operational Tool System to Minister Mohamad S. Yacob, Ph.D.

“The way I see sustaining food sufficiency in the Bangsamoro region is to support our farmers and fishermen. With Agrarian Reform programs we can pay attention to the shortcomings and needs of our farmers.” Minister Yacob said.

The activity ended up with the impression of the participants and proved that the activity that took place will help a lot in facilitating the work in the Bangsamoro Region.
