MAFAR conducts monitoring, assessment of GAD programs
SULU- The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Agrarian Reform through Gender and Development monitored and assessed GAD programs and activities in the Provincial office of Sulu from August 15-19.
Diana A. Manalasal, MAFAR Regional GAD Alternate Focal, said the activity was conducted to ensure the full implementation of Gender and Development programs and activities from the region down to the provinces.

GFPS is an interacting and interdependent group of people in all government instrumentalities tasked to catalyze and accelerate gender mainstreaming.
It is a mechanism established to ensure and advocate for, guide, coordinate, and monitor the development, implementation, review, and updating of their GAD plans and GAD-related programs, activities, and projects (PAPs)
Moreover, the same activities were also conducted in Tawi-Tawi and Basilan last August 1-7, 2022.
