MAFAR PARTAKES IN THE DAPAT PROGRAM OF MFBM

The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Agrarian Reform underwent assessment of the Ministry of Finance, and Budget and Management, and Bangsamoro Planning Development Authority on its physical and financial performance from the Fiscal Year 2020 at Bajau Hall, BGC, Cotabato City last July 12.
The Directives, Accomplishments, and Performance Assessment Tracking (DAPAT) aim to assess and ensure the funds are earmarked for each project/program through the submitted physical and financial accomplishment reports containing detailed information on the progress of projects implemented and activities undertaken.
Cabinet Secretary Asnin Pendatun, in his opening statement, reiterated the purpose of conducting the DAPAT meeting to ensure that the directives of the Chief Minister are being carried out on the projects and programs of each Ministry as we continue with our work in the Bangsamoro Government.
Minister Mohammad S. Yacob introduced the member of the MAFAR team composed of Deputy Minister Ammal D. Solaiman, Director for Admin and Finance Management Services Julie O. Maliga, Director for Agriculture Services Engr. Ismail Guiamel, Director for Fisheries Services Macmod Mamalangkap, Director for Agrarian Reform Services Taugan Kikay, Attorney V, Atty. Nerissa Dalig, Chief of Staff Arphia Ebus, Chief Accountant Norain Maganod, Chief of Planning Amador Tandalong, Budget Officer Almira Danda, Information Officer III, Musrifa M. Mago, Planning Officer III, Fahad Kanakan, and Mohaliden Mohammad.
According to MFBM, the DAPAT Meeting, formerly known as the Bangsamoro Assessment on Government Operation (BAGO), was established through the OCM Memorandum Order No. 045, s. 2019.
Meanwhile, Budget Officer Almira A. Danda presented the Physical and Financial accomplishment of the Ministry as of December 31, 2020, and the status of the programs.
The assessment panel member BARMM’s Cabinet secretary Asnin Pendatun, MFBM headed by deputy minister Atty. Ubaida Pacasem, BPDA headed by Bangsamoro Director General Engr. Mohajirin T. Ali scan through the financial and physical accomplishments of the Ministry, to which several parts of it need to be updated to get back on track and accomplish the required targets smoothly.
Minister Yacob is optimistic that the MAFAR will accomplish its targets set for each project/program.
