MAFAR PRDP leads inspection of P199-M FMR Project in Talayan, Maguindanao

TALAYAN,MAGUINDANAO | February 18, 2021

 

The Regional Project Coordination Office BARMM in cooperation with the Project Support Office – Mindanao conducted the joint inspection of the biggest and the first subproject of the Municipality of Talayan under the Philippine Rural Development Project, the Concreting of Tamar-Fukol Farm-to-Market Road with Bridges on February 18, 2021.

The joint inspection team was led by RPCO BARMM I-BUILD Engineer Michael K. Anggol and PSO Mindanao I-BUILD Engineer Hilarion Delos Reyes and PSO Mindanao SES Unit Head Arnel Areglado together with representatives from different RPCO BARMM Components and Units: GIS Data Officer Suharto Dalig (GGU), Finance Analyst Mohammadali Guiamel (Finance), Social and Environmental Safeguards Officer Noria Andie and Associate SES Officer Al-Aviv Pendulat (SES), Rural Infrastucture Engineer Bolkiah Mamadsual and Project Development Associate Engineer Norhaine Enok (I-BUILD).

Engineer Hilarion highlighted the vitality of implementing a world-class quality FMR to effectively meet its prime purpose of cultivating development in rural communities. Municipal Engineer Haron Joefariz Dawi responded and expressed the strong commitment of the Municipal Project Management and Implementing Unit of Talayan and FFJJ Construction in conforming to the PRDP standards in the full implementation of the subproject.

With the PPMIU Talayan and FFJJ Construction’s active coordination and RPCO’s careful monitoring and supervision headed by Engineer Anggol, the FMR has currently reached 22.17% in its physical accomplishment since its kick off on November 8, 2020, exceeding its target accomplishments.
