PROVINCIAL AGRICULTURAL AND FISHERY COUNCIL (PAFC) CONDUCTS A CONSULTATION MEETING

COTABATO CITY- The Provincial Agricultural and Fishery Council (PAFC) in Maguindanao has conducted a Consultation Meeting at Cren Cuisine, Governor Gutierrez, Cotabato City.

It was through the active facilitation of the MAFAR-RAFC Coordinator Datu Hamsur Zaid, Maguindanao-PAFC Chairman Bagiyan M. Angeles, and MAFAR-PAFC Coordinator Rabani S. Ampa last March 16, 2021.

The activity aimed to discuss and give an update regarding the reorganization of the said council through the re-election of the set of officers in the presence of the Municipal Agricultural and Fishery Council (MAFC).

It was attended and participated by Provincial Agriculture Operations Chief Saudi Mangindra who gave the welcome message in the activity program.

On Provincial Director Dr. Ronjamin M. Maulana encouraged the MAFC Officers from the different municipalities of the province to raise any concern and resolution in the consultation meeting for the development of the council.
It was followed by RAFC Coordinator Zaid who stimulated the participants by commemorating them the essence of unity to sustain the Agri-Fishery service as part of implementing AFC mandates.

Also, RAFC Chairman Abdulrahman Macabangon was in the said meeting who also gave a significant message regarding the said re-election of AFC officers which will be conducted after the month of Ramadhan of the Muslim calendar (may start on April 13, 2021).
Provincial Rice Focal Hamsa M. Abdul discussed the previous meeting conducted while PAFC Coordinator Ampa presented the update on the Banner Programs and the role of the MAFCs in their respective municipalities.
