RETOOLING AND RE-ORIENTATION ON MORAL GOVERNANCE AND RDE PARADIGM SHIFT SPEARHEADS MAFAR-RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT

The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Agrarian Reform underwent a Seminar in Retooling and Re-Orientation on Moral Governance and New Research, Development and Extension (RDE) Paradigm Shift on August 12, 2021.

Spearheaded by Esmael S. Satol, Chief of Science Research Specialist in RDE services at Golden Lace Resto, Cotabato City

“This activity will serve as an opportunity to meet each other and discuss the programs that will sustain our objective by improving the lives of every Bangsamoro beneficiary,” Satol said.

Assistant to the Minister for Special Concerns Pendatun S. Patarasa said: “Research and Development are very crucial in improving the lives of every Bangsamoro.”

He encourages the participants to impart knowledge to farmer and fishery clientele, especially in their farming and fishing activities, to boost their practices and skills and increase their production.

The said seminar is focused on sharing information and presentation of Office Guidance, Organizational Structure, RDE Services Presentation of Development Paradigm, Assets, Programs, and Concerns.

Moreover, the seminar was attended by Director II for Agriculture Services Engr. Ismail A. Guiamel, BARMMIARC Center Manager for Agriculture, Abdulnassef Ulong, Senior Aquaculturist Hayden Akmad, Research Associates, Researcher, and technical staff from the ministry.
