Description   Invitation to Bid For Supply and Delivery of 1-unit Refrigerated Van under the TDIF 2020 ITB №: MAFAR-07-2021-008-SBAC 1. The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Agrarian Reform-Bangsamoro Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (MAFAR-BARMM), through the Bangsamoro Appropriations Act (BAA) of 2020, intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION PESOS ONLY (PHP 2,000,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the “Supply and Delivery of 1-unit Refrigerated Van under the TDIF 2020” to wit: ITEM NO. UNIT QUATITY SPECIFICATIONS APPROVED BUDGET FOR CONTRACT PRICE OF BID DOCUMENTS DELIVERY PERIOD 1 Unit 1 Refrigerated Van 2,000,000.00 5,000.00 Goods must be delivered within 30 calendar days after the receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) 6 wheeler refrigerated van; 10 ft. Rated Power: 98 HP Tire size: 7.00R16LT Driver Type: 4x2 x x x Nothing Follows x x x Bid received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The MAFAR-BARMM now invites bids for the “Supply and Delivery of 1-unit Refrigerated Van under the TDIF 2020”. Delivery of Goods is required as stated in the above-mentioned calendar days per contract upon the receipt of the Notice of Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders. 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines, and to citizens or organizations of a country the laws or regulations of which grant similar rights or privileges to Filipino citizens, pursuant to RA No. 5183. 4. Prospective Bidders may obtain further information from MAFAR-BARMM and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. 5. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders on July 10, 2021 – July 30, 2021 (9:30 am) from the given address and website(s) below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of Php 5,000.00 (Standard Rates). The Procuring Entity shall allow the bidder to present its proof of payment for the fees by presenting the Official receipt to the BAC Secretariat during submission of bids. 6. The MAFAR-BARMM will hold a Pre-Bid Conference on July 19, 2021 at 10:00 o’clock in the morning at MAFAR-BARMM Conference Room Office, Bangsamoro Government Center, Gov. Gutierrez Ave., RH-7, Cotabato City, Philippines which shall be open to prospective bidders. 7.
