DAVAO CITY- To ensure quality deliberations, and implementations of the special funded projects of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Agrarian Reform, the Office of the Special Concerns has conducted a team Building cum Strategic Planning 2024 on January 26-29.
Spearheaded by Minister Mohamad S. Yacob, Ph.D., Chief of Staff Arphia T. Ebus, JD. Sh. C., and attended by MAFAR officials, Special Development Project, and Transitional Development Impact Fund personnel.
Minister Yacob said, “I thanked everyone who attended the strategic planning of the ministry’s special programs. Your presence here manifests that you are committed to making a difference for the Bangsamoro people.
He said this activity is important for the reason that we need to equip our personnel and workforce with sustainable and resilient knowledge.
“This is a steadfast commitment to unity and inclusivity, ensuring no one is left behind in the progress of Bangsamoro,” Minister Yacob emphasized.
During the activity proper, the topics discussed were Reflecting on SDF’s Physical Accomplishments and Challenges (2020-2022), Evaluating TDIF’s Physical Achievements (F.Y 2020-2023) and Financial Accomplishments of SDF and TDIF (2020-2021).
Engr. Ghalia S. Darping, Ms. Norhammine Nul, and Ms. Roselainie Mamalaguia discussed the delineating strategic priorities and action plans for the SDF and TDIF and presented a comprehensive menu for the Special Development Fund, outlining strategic priorities and resource allocation strategies.
Deputy Minister Amal D. Solaiman, JD, delivered closing remarks, expressing gratitude for the collective commitment to livelihood advancement and sustainable development within Bangsamoro.
