The Regional Project Coordination Office BARMM recently conducted a Capacity Development and Business Continuity Planning workshop for the Proponent Groups in Barangay Badak, General S.K. Pendatun, Maguindanao del Sur on February 13-16, 2024.
The primary objective of the training was to equip the Badak Multi-Purpose Cooperative with the necessary skills and strategies to ensure the smooth functioning of its Goat Multiplication, Fattening, and Marketing operations.
By developing a three-year Capacity Development Plan, participants aimed to identify training and non-training needs crucial for their sustained growth and success.
The Capacity Development Plan, which emerged as a strategic roadmap from the workshop, will not only guide the cooperative’s activities but also serve as an integral component of its overall business plan.
The training workshop was organized by the Investment for Rural Enterprise for Agri-Fishery Productivity (I-REAP) component of the RPCO-BARMM in collaboration with MAFAR Agribusiness Marketing and Assistance Division.
