HOW AND WHERE TO GET FOOD AND VEHICLE PASSES

If you have passed the criteria and completed the requirements posted here, you may visit the MAFAR office nearest you.

So far, the Regional Office located at the Bangsamoro Government Center (BCG), Cotabato City, has issued more than a hundred passes to its clienteles from the near provinces and municipalities.

For those coming from Maguindanao, you can submit the requirements and obtain pass cards from the regional office or from MAFAR-Maguindanao located at the Agrarian Reform Office inside the BCG with designated Provincial Head Tommy Biruar as the issuing officer.

In the case of Lanao del Sur, you may transact through the MAFAR-Agriculture Office located in Marawi City. The pass cards are signed by designated Provincial Head Pangalian “Alexie” Balindong, Jr.

In Basilan, you may go to the MAFAR Provincial Agrarian Reform Office making sure you have with you the complete documents required for the issuance of food and vehicle passes that are signed by designated Provincial Head Shuwaib Ismael.

For Sulu, please visit the MAFAR provincial agriculture office for you to get the foodlane passes with designated Provincial Head Mercyan Aspi as the signing officer.

If you are in Tawi-Tawi, you may visit the MAFAR provincial agriculture office located in Tubig-Boh, Bongao and secure your passes that should be signed by designated Provincial Head Hambre J. Mohammad.

To help you with your concerns and queries, you may get in touch or ask assistance from the municipal agricultural officer (MAO), municipal agrarian reform officer (MARO), or any of the MAFAR provincial employees in your areas.

Please be reminded that you need to fill out and submit to the ministry, Forms A (Food Lane Accreditation Application Form), B (Foodlane Reference Form), and C (Statement of Commitment).

All these are to ensure that food supply movement in the Bangsamoro Region is unhampered and to facilitate the region-wide delivery and distribution of agrifishery products.

This is still in accordance with the Memorandum Circulars No. 6 and 7 from the Department of Agriculture and in support to the strict implementation of the Unimpeded Flow of Cargoes by the Philippine National Police based on the Memorandum dated March 21, 2020.
