Former Secretary Abdullah Mama-o met with Minister Mohammad S. Yacob to discuss the Kadiwa program

Former Secretary Abdullah Mama-o and BFBCI President Al-Rais Datu Nasraili Conding met with Minister Mohammad S. Yacob, Ph.D., of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Agrarian Reform to discuss the Kadiwa program.

On Friday, January 6, Former Secretary Mama-o, together with the Bangsa Moro Business Council Inc. President Conding tackled the launching of the Kadiwa program in the Bangsamoro Region in partnership with the MAFAR since President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos, Jr. revived the program.

The KADIWA is an initiative of DA that aims to ensure that food commodities are made available and accessible in high consumer demand areas, particularly among low-income families, by harnessing private sector participation, capacity enhancement of farmer cooperatives and associations, and engaging community organizations’ participation in food supply distribution system.
