MAFAR, BRAFC conducted a consultation presentation on 2022 programs

COTABATO CITY- The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Agrarian Reform, and the Bangsamoro Regional Agricultural and Fishery Council has conducted a two-day consultation, monitoring reports, and presentation of 2022 programs.

BRAFC Chairperson Dr. Salik Panalunsong led the activity on March 9-10 at Golden Lace Resto. It was attended by the different council members from five provinces of BARMM and private sectors in the Region.

Dr. Panalunsong said we continue doing this activity to help our farmers and fisherfolks to uplift their living conditions and ensure that we have enough foods to consume.

Director II for Agriculture services Engr. Ismael A. Guiamel recognizes the efforts of all members in the contribution of different solutions to meet the objective of expanding the living status of agri-fishery beneficiaries.

He also commends the importance of women and their vital role in society.

Along the presentation were the Results of the Monitoring activities being done in the different provinces, Proposed Policy Recommendations, Omnibus Guidelines on Agriculture and Fishery Council of the Engagements (OGAFCE), BPAFC Accomplishment Reports, BRAFC 2022 Plans and Targets, Agriculture Programs, Fisheries Programs, FARMC, and the Bangsamoro Women Commission Programs and Projects.
