“Reaching every Bangsamoro, from Bangsamoro communities to the grassroots, requires a strategy, a mindset, and a commitment, and thus, we will be wrapping up this communication plan by learning how to develop a dynamic communication strategy and understanding the significance of engaging our beneficiaries in community-building,” Yacob said in his closing remarks.

Throughout the three-day Seminar, Information, Communication, and Technology Section, information officers and their staff are hoping to get a more profound understanding of their role to make a “positive impact” on the over 4,404,288 Bangsamoro People.

Yacob hopes the participants will learn the dynamic strategies in propagating information that could uplift the lives of the Bangsamoro people and build a better community.

“Regardless of your takeaway, our goal is to ensure that we are aware, equipped, and ready to deliver a message of transformation and progress. A message that will inspire everyone to contribute in the realization of government’s development agenda,” Yacob said.

Yacob stated, “You are very important to the ministry, and the ICTS provides information to the public by news reporting through social media and radio broadcasting. The operations of the Ministry and its activities rely on your office to access public information.”
