QUEZON CITY- The Department of Agrarian Reform Central Office has conducted a special Presidential Agrarian Reform Council Executive Committee (PARC EXCOM) meeting on Tuesday, April 26 at OSEC Boardroom, DAR building.

The meeting was led by DAR Secretary Bernie Cruz, Council Secretary and Undersecretary for legal affairs Atty. Luis Meinrado Pangulayan and PARC Secretariat Director Isabelita Estrada discuss agrarian issues that need immediate action by the committee.

Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Agrarian Reform, Mohammad S. Yacob, Ph.D., is a member of PARC ExCom and petitions the final abolition of the Interagency Committee (lAC) or its possible alternative.

The National Bureau of Investigation is among its members who are experts in conducting paper and ink genuinity. During the final deliberation, PARC ExCom members approved the petition on abolition of IAC for BARMM and Non-BARMM Provinces.
