MAFAR-PRDP trains PGs on Enterprise Business Process Review

LAKE SEBU, SOUTH COTABATO-To strengthen the capability of Proponent Group (PG’s) in enterprise management, the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Agrarian Reform (MAFAR) through Philippine Rural Development Project (PRDP) conducted a three-day training on Enterprise Business Process Review (EBPR) on December 1-3, 2021.

The participants are the five Proponent Groups (PGs) from the province of Maguindanao with an ongoing subproject on Goat Multiplication, Fattening, and Marketing funded under the Investment for Rural Enterprise for Agriculture and Fisheries Productivity (I-REAP) Component spearheaded by Business Development Officer Michael Ian B. Sastrillo.

The workshop focuses on the business process review and Data Captured Forms; that guide the members and employees of the Proponent Group to perform their respective functions effectively and efficiently.

Meanwhile, Dr. Tong D. Pinguiaman, Chief of AMAD, introduced the programs and Activities under the Agribusiness Marketing and Assistance Division.

This activity also serves as the venue to orient the PGs on E-Bangsamoro Online Registration and the Farmers and Fisherfolk Enterprise Development Information System (FFEDIS), a web-based (online) information system program agri-fishery based enterprises.

In addition, there will be another training on Enterprise Operation Manual for the same PG’s to be conducted on December 8-10, 2021, at General Santos City.
