MAFAR, suppliers ink contract to start project implementation

The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, and Agrarian Reform key officials signed the contract agreement with three suppliers to fasten the implementation of the ministry’s project.

Held at MAFAR Conference Room, BGC, Cotabato City on Wednesday, January 18.

The said inputs were funded under TDIF 2020 fund and Bangon Marawi Projects with a total amount of Php 31, 775, 100.00.

The first supplier was RB Parcon Agri Industries MFG. Merchandising OPC, represented by Rudolf Barlan Parcon, won Lot 1: Supply, delivery of Free-Range Chicken Raising Net. Lot 2: Supply and delivery of Goat Farming Net and Lot 3: Supply and delivery of Cattle Raising under TDIF 2020 (3rd batch).

The Second supplier, EFB BIO Farm Supply, represented by Edward F. Austria, won Lot 1: Supply and delivery of 366 heads Cattle, and Lot 2: Supply and delivery of 106 heads Carabao under the Bangon Marawi 2020 projects.

The third supplier, Rueland Agri Supply, is represented by Ruena T. Tolentino, procurement of fertilizer: 500 bags of Urea, 1200 bags of complete fertilizer, and 300 bags of potash. Also, for 100Ha OPV Corn and 100Ha Hybrid Corn under the TDIF 2020 projects (2nd Batch).

MAFAR Chief of Staff Arphia Ebus expresses her appreciation to the suppliers for showing their interest in helping the ministry deliver its service.

“This signing shows our partnership to deliver the project that uplifts the livelihood of the Bangsamoro people,” Ebus said.

“MAFAR is committed to giving full support, and our responsibility is to deliver a good quality service in the agreed targets,” Ebus emphasized.

In response, the suppliers have committed to the on-time delivery of the inputs and continuing determination to help implement the project.
