MAFAR’s BIGGEST MAFARLENGKE FEATURED IN THE 2ND BANGSAMORO FOUNDATION DAY

The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Agrarian Reform open its MAFARLENGKE or Local Exchange and Network of Goods in any Kind of Emergency at BGC from January 18-21, 2021.

One of the highlighted activity of the ministry is the biggest MAFARLENGKE, the mafarlengke showcased its week long selling of fresh and affordable agri and fishery products. All products such as vegetables, fruits, fish, handycrafts, sea foods and all other products are displayed in the mafarlengke.

MAFAR’s AMAD Chief Dr. Tong Pinguiaman thanked the 31 exhibitor who participated and brougth their products in the ministry and in the BARMM Region as a whole. The 31 exhibitor were YJM, Salindao Farmers Marketing Cooperative, Matadu Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Organization, Bapa’s Farm, Shine Bangsamoro Services MSR, Mhanies Food Products, Panginam o Bangsamoro, Inc, Maguindanao United Agrifarm Producers Cooperative, Tereken Aquaculture Producer Cooperative, Bugawas Farmers Producers Cooperative, Landas Fisherfolk Producers Cooperative, Pamatuladan Marketing Cooperative, Dinaig Proper Fisherfolk Producers Cooperative, Al-ittihad Farmers and Fisherfolk Marketing Cooperative, Kutawato Maguindanao Handicraft Association, Kharis Native Chicken, Salman Green Producer Cooperative, Farmers Marketing Cooperative, Kapagungaya Nekitan Farmer Agriculture Cooperative, Prince CJ Foods, Katidtuan Weaving Inaul Cooperative, APBT Agri Products Producers Cooperative, Badak Coconut Farmers Producers Cooperative, Madia Youth and Women Producers Cooperative, Elian Bangsamoro Women’s Producers Cooperative, Haro Farm Agriculture Cooperative, Igabay Small Coconut Farmers Organization, Al-sara Buy and Sale, Amiron’s Palapa, Modern Farmers Cooperative and Modified Conditional Cash Transfer for Indigenous People.

 

As part of the MAFARLENGKE activity, each customer or consumer who can buy atleast Php. 300 peso-worth of products from each booth will have the chance to win agri-fishery products in the daily draws and in grand draws.

The daily raffle draw carried out every 3 o’clock in the afternoon. While the grand draw conducted during the Culmination day on January 21.

Lastly, MAFARLENGKE BGC earned a total P 326, 239. 00 total gross sale during the week long celebration.
